Acted as Managing Director for Artwrld, which commissioned art projects (NFTs) to explore the emerging possibilities of blockchain technology for creative practice. Drove company strategy, established goals, priorities and KPIs in collaboration with Artwrld partners. Managed a nationally distributed, fully-remote team, artist,vendors and creative partners. Developed and tracked company-wide budgets, sales targets, and financial projections.
